When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, your company or brand name (optional), your email address, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location. This is used for security and to understand which pages people read. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the message field of the contact form.
We do not send marketing emails to people who have only submitted the contact form. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

The providers listed above store and process data on servers outside Macau SAR, including in the United States and the European Union. This means your personal data is transferred out of Macau when you contact us.
We rely on the contractual protections offered by those providers, and we keep the data we send to a minimum. If you would prefer that we do not use the contact form for this reason, please email or telephone us instead.
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Records relating to clients we have worked with are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period Macau law requires us to retain business and tax records. After that, we delete them.
